Vintage '80s Tokai Hard Puncher P-Style Bass Made in Japan! Model PB-48
We're very pleased to offer this Vintage '80s Tokai Hard Puncher Bass! We've owned dozens of MIJ guitars over the years and these old Tokai's are some of the best Precission bass copies in our opinion. It shows normal wear one would expect with a vintage instrument, yet is in overall Excellent Cosmetic Condition except the touched up lacquer on above the Tokai logo (which stayed original), and 100% Fully Functional Condition! This high-quality Japanese take on an American classic plays like an absolute dream, sounds fantastic and is very aesthetically pleasing with its cool, vintage vibe! One of our favorite basses in our store! The exact year of manufacture is 1981.
BODY
The body shows normal scratches, dings, pick swirl and light buckle rash, yet is in overall Excellent Condition for a bass of this age. You can tell it was cased for much of its life. The high-gloss finish still looks amazing!
NECK
Neck is nice and straight and frets show minimal wear, with plenty of life left in them! Very minor indentations can be felt on back of the neck, but nothing major. Frets are having plenty life ahead and they are freshly brushed.

Chrome hardware shows normal scratches and oxidation, but is in overall very good shape!
